Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked in a variety of industries with leaders and their teams to improve business outcomes, particularly in times of expansion and fast change by designing, coordinating, and implementing a global human resources strategy. She has served as a consultant to translate business and people strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and plans for strategic planning through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. She's passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the ultimate competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled in creating cultures of innovation and learning which positively affect teams as well as individuals. Annmarie has been motivated to give her talents and energy to help aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organisations. For instance, she is a member in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women develop into leaders.
